i usually have different kinds of background music. someone else i know follows the movements of other people in his head like stage directions.

Insert the picture, then go to edit html. You'll see alt="". Insert whatever alt text you want between the quotes.
I usually have voice overs running in my head too but it's more fun when my internal voice changes in tone to whatever I've been reading or watching.
